Pharmacist who allegedly stole almost £5k worth of prescription drugs has been jailed for a year

A 38 years very old  Niren Patel, a pharmacist who stole coarsely 5,000 worth of prescription drugs which he along with sold as regards the street has been jailed. Patel appeared at the Snaresbrook Crown Court where he pleaded guilty to two counts of fraud by abuse of a turn of view of trust, possession carefully to supply a Class B drug and five counts of possession to supply a Class C drug.
He was sentenced on the subject of the order of Friday, June 18, 2017 to a reply of 12 months imprisonment.

Before his arrest, Patels employer, Day Lewis Pharmacy in Hornchurch, made a relation of theft to the police. Analysis of gathering records and drugs purchased by Patel, who plus worked at Hedgemans Pharmacy in Dagenham, revealed he had created fraudulent orders for on 5,000 worth of prescription medicine.

In his police interview, Patel admitted he had sold the drugs, including Genotropin, a compilation hormone used by bodybuilders, to a campaign of the public concerning the street.  Other drugs sold by Patel included the Class B drug Dexamfetamine, which is used for weight loss and to append academic be sprightly, and Class C drugs such as Xanax, Zolpidem and Diazepam.
